I had heard that a recent national survey of 1,010 adults found over a third of Americans suspect that federal officials assisted in the 9/11 terrorist attacks or took no action to stop them so the United States could go to war in the Middle East.
I guess when I read those numbers it was under the assumption that our government is on the same page... meaning the government, all branches and bodies of it, is united in it's story of 9/11. Until I read this article:
On June 5, 2006, the Muckraker Report contacted the FBI Headquarters, (202) 324-3000, to learn why Bin Laden's Most Wanted poster did not indicate that Usama was also wanted in connection with 9/11. The Muckraker Report spoke with Rex Tomb, Chief of Investigative Publicity for the FBI. When asked why there is no mention of 9/11 on Bin Laden's Most Wanted web page, Tomb said, "The reason why 9/11 is not mentioned on Usama Bin Laden's Most Wanted page is because the FBI has no hard evidence connecting Bin Laden to 9/11."
I don't even know what to add to this... it leaves me speechless and scared.

If that "Loose Change" documentary is more true then what we were originally intended to believe, then I'm not scared of anything anymore. Except snakes. They don't have any legs. They can wrap their whole bodys around us. That's gross, and they suck.
7:53 AM, August 11, 2006But seriously. If the government were to announce that Bush was a Robot and the Democrats were to come out and say that their purposely losing elections so they can have a bigger tax cut from the result of the Republicans staying in office, I'd be like, "yup, thought so". We're just pawns in someone else's game.
