Despite my having to work at six yesterday, Amanda and I decided to drive to the rocks and spend a few hours in the sun. And for your personal enjoyment -- I taped a bunch of boring stuff to share on the blog.


Above: This isn't our usual hang out spot, we wandered down to the actual beach to lay in the sand, but here's a good 360 view of the area...


Above: There's not much more to the video than you see in the picture, but I do enjoy taping birds. I could share about five more minutes of just birds flying overhead... but only if I get a handful of request...


Above: Amanda was very into this crab, trying to coax him out with a rusty pair of pliers she found on the rocks, but I admit, if he actually came side stepping out from that rock... I would have ran screaming like a little girl.


Above: The last time we saw a dolphin, it managed to escape before I could get a good shot of it. But, not this time... suckers.



Above: The whole drive up the 1 [Pacific Coast Hwy for those of you wondering what the hell "the 1" is...] was very misty, the giant rock cliffs that hug the Hwy would just fade in suddenly from the low clouds, hmm... it's getting late and I'm wondering how much I really feel like explaining the obvious.


Above: This is my favorite thing about going to the rocks, fantasizing about climbing out on-top of the rock arch... but due a certain incident a few months ago... I'm too scared. But that's another story for another time.


Above: Why I choose to share this... I don't know. But I did - so watch it, please. At least this way the money we spend on bandwidth isn't going to waste.
