Above: here's a view from the passenger seat looking down Magnolia Blvd. This is the street I drive down every day I have to work... a few more blocks down and the mountains pop out from behind the trees, I wish that our apartment was a little less deep in the valley, and that we could actually look out the window and see the mountains... but I guess the palm trees will just have to do for now.

Above: This was taken on our way back from "the rocks". Right about here my eyes were getting very, very heavy from the long day of sun... like Amanda said in her last post, I got home and passed out after this.

Above: Nick snapped this while walking the Mulholland trail... while writing this I just realized we still haven't hiked up to the Hollywood sign to get a closer look.

The one major downside to the Mahulland trail is the power lines that link downtown Hollywood with downtown LA which links to Beverly Hills which loops around to Burbank / North Hollwood...

Above: A view of downtown Hollywood. The second tallest building from the left, the dark one, is Neilsen, the movie ratings company Amanda and I worked at for a short time when we first moved here... which we arbrubtly quit because we suck.

Above: An exciting picture of the back of Amanda and I's head.

Above: I'm a monkey. I can't help but climb everything I see. If you look closely at my butt, you can see my tan shorts have a black area near the pocket, aparently I was walking around all day with a hole in my shorts and no one noticed till we we're walking back to the car... how embarrasing.

Above: This was taken after we all climbed up the side of the cliff...

Above: When I first pushed the button to take this picture, the dog's whole body was in the shot, but the camera took so long to react, he had walked right up to my face... as you can see.

Above: this pic is pretty much identical to the one above... but only two hours later.

Above: This house has been under construction since we all moved here seven months ago, it's at the very top of the Mulholland trail, and has one hell of a view.

Above: this picture kind of freaks me out, it's hard to tell now that it's been reduced so much in size and resolution, but all those strange white circles have like symbols inside them. Spooky... but not really...

Above: Nick has a ghost trail coming out from behind his head because I was spinning the camera quickly... I don't know why I did it... I just did. "Why is anything, anything"?

Above / below: I don't know exactly what is all over this horse, Amanda guessed it was some kind of medicine...

Above / below: These two we're taken while Nick and I were waiting for the universal shuttle bus to drive back down the hill to our car. Shortly after this I leaned back to take another one and almost fell...

Above: I stole this from one of chuck's pictures... I mean I took the picture myself, but chuck took one just like it first.

Above: I started getting picture happy towards the end of Nick and I's walk back from Universal's City walk, here we are walking under the 101, on Cahuenga [I'm not entirely positive that's spelled correctly].
